- Registration Checklist:
- Read through all information before proceeding.
- Click the Private Registration Link not open to the public) Select the room that suits you best.
- Pay the $1200 deposit to secure your spot. IMPORTANT: After the deposit is paid, you will not be charged again until the retreat is guaranteed (the minimum number of guests have registered or the retreat is full/sold out) and at that point we will reach out to you via email and let you know that within 48 hours you will be charged the balance in full.
- Cancellations/Refunds: Because of the intimate nature of this experience and the care taken in planning, all payments are non-refundable under any circumstances. We strongly encourage securing travel insurance to protect your investment, as you would for any meaningful journey. You may purchase travel insurance at any time after we confirm your balance payment has been processed, but to ensure coverage for pre-existing medical conditions, it must be purchased prior to or within 24 hours of your payment. We do not recommend a specific company for travel insurance. Protection against any circumstances that might require cancellation or change of travel arrangements is your responsibility. - Payments: We can accept Credit Card, PayPal, Zelle or a check. A 3% processing fee will be added to Credit Card and PayPal payments and a separate invoice for that will be sent when the balance is due. If you'd rather Zelle or mail a check, please reach out to us ASAP at hello@carolinesimas.com with the subject line PALM SPRINGS PAYMENT and let us know if you prefer to pay by Zelle or check for the deposit and balance.
