Refund policy

We have a no return policy unless your item or items arrive damaged. 

To be eligible for a return, your item or items must be unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt/proof of purchase and a photo of the damaged items. 

To start a return, please contact us at carolinesimas@multipleblessings.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll connect with you about replacing your items.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom orders or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
